Action items:

 

1. ACTION: (from consent agenda) Approve the baptism of Emma Robin Cook, born October 21, 2011, child of Michael J. Cook and Elaine C. Heimers-Cook; baptism to take place on February 5, 2012.

2. ACTION: The team recommends that Brownie Troop 221 be given permission to use the “youth side” of the basement to hold a sleepover on March 30-31 from 6 PM to 10 AM with approximately 14 persons to attend.  The motion was carried.

3.  ACTION: Elder Charsley made a motion to accept the financial report for December, 2011. The motion was seconded and carried.

 4. ACTION:  Elder Hengst made a motion to approve the 2012 Operating Budget. The motion was seconded and carried.    

5.  ACTION: The team recommends that one-half of the Thanksgiving-Christmas offering be sent to the Presbytery of WNY, with the remainder to be disbursed at a later time.
